Single-Phase Immersion Cooling

  • The servers are submerged in a tank filled with a dielectric liquid with high thermal conductivity.
  • Heat generated by the equipment is directly absorbed by the cooling liquid.
  • This liquid remains in the same phase while absorbing heat, optimizing the cooling process.
  • The heated liquid is then pumped through a separate heat exchanger to be cooled.
  • Once cooled, the liquid is circulated back into the tank to continue absorbing heat.
